Baker University's Master of Science in Management (MSM) program is a 36-hour program that provides students with a broad, critical and practice-based understanding of management. During this program you will master the skills and knowledge necessary to assume a variety of leadership positions in complex contemporary environments.

Accelerated Classes
Our Master’s degree programs are designed to work with your existing schedule and lifestyle. In Baker’s accelerated business degree programs you attend classes one night each week and take just one course at a time. As an MSM student you can complete this program in approximately 18-20 months.

Master of Science in Management (MSM)
• Successful completion of the specified Master’s curriculum.
• A 3.0 overall grade point average with no more than one course completed with a grade of “C.”

• Payment of all tuition and fees.
• Completion of all course work within six years of the date of initial enrollment.

AREAS OF CONCENTRATION FORMAT
• Each concentration is a collection of four courses; three of these courses may be taken concurrently with or following the MBA and MSM core program.
• Each area of concentration includes a total of twelve credit hours, nine of which are to be taken in addition to coursework required for the MBA and MSM degree completion.
• Courses are administered completely online and are six weeks in length. They are scheduled on a term basis, six terms per calendar year (two in spring, summer, and fall).
• The requirements for the concentration will ensure that there is no conflict with classes or learning teams already scheduled in the degree programs.

AREAS OF CONCENTRATION REQUIREMENTS
• Current enrollment in good standing, or successful completion of the MBA and MSM program.
• Payment of all tuition and fees
• Access to e-mail & Internet capabilities
• Completion of the first course in the MBA or MSM core program is recommended with grade of “B” or better
• Concentration courses must be completed with grade of "B" or better

• Completed application form & fee.
• A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university documented by receipt of an official transcript.
• Two years full time work experience.
• Minimum TOEFL test score of 600 on the paper-based test, a score of 250 on the computer-based test, or score of 96 on the internet-based test for international applicants. (Minimum passing score may vary as the ETS revises the exam.)
• Two letters of recommendation from individuals familiar with the applicant's professional work experience.
