Change of Address allows you to request an update of your personal information.

This change will usually be made within 48 hours from the time of your request.

To update any legal changes to your name, please use our Change of Name form.  This form may be printed and mailed to us, or completed and submitted on-line via email simply by entering your new information and clicking the submit button on the form.

We also need a copy of your driver's license or passport showing the name change before your request can be processed.
